Our topic this half term is:
Journey through Europe: Landmarks and Landscapes
In this topic the children will be learning:
About where Europe is in the world and the countries that belong to the continent. They will look at the key information about the countries in Europe such as flags, languages spoken and famous landmarks. The children will also learn about the importance of identity and how we use passports to travel outside of our own country and culture. As part of this topic, the children will study the work of Claude Monet and create some of their own interpretations of his work.
